By accessing and using AgentMC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this service.
2. Description of Service
AgentMC provides a resource pack conversion service that converts Minecraft Java Edition resource packs to Bedrock Edition format. The service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding conversion accuracy or compatibility.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to convert and use any resource packs uploaded to our service. You agree not to upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights, contains malicious code, or violates any applicable laws.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to resource packs you upload. AgentMC does not claim ownership of your content. However, by using our service, you grant us a temporary license to process your files for the purpose of conversion.
5. Subscription and Payments
Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Continued use of paid features after the billing date constitutes acceptance of charges.
6. Limitation of Liability
AgentMC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the past 12 months.
7. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may also change pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
